Although the listings for sale expire every 180 days and those to let every 60 days, you can renew your listing when you see fit. You don’t have to wait until the last day.
Every week, you will get a summary of the visits your listing has received. In this email, there is a link confirm the listing and you can use this to renew it at any time.
You can also renew your listing through the website by clicking “Log in” (in the upper right corner of your screen) and entering your email and password. Click on “Your listings” (in the green header). Select the listing that you want to renew and click on the button “Confirm that it is still for sale” or “Confirm that it is still for rent”.
