The contract will be signed by means of a secure and legally binding electronic signature, which allows the identification of the signatories and the date of signature of each one. Without the need to install any applications, it allows the lease to be signed from a computer, tablet or smartphone.
In less than 3 minutes, a landlord can create his or her own lease, with concepts that are simple to understand and a process that is very easy to complete online. The contract includes a clause against defaulting tenants, so that in case of non-payment and in case of no agreement, the tenant can be put on the list of arrears. In addition, all documents will be stored in one place, everything is online, free of charge, completely legal and quick and easy to use.
idealista's advice is to sign the rental agreement online to speed up the process, as well as guarantee the closing of the contract, as this signature has the same legal validity as a paper signature. At a later date, if you feel it is necessary, when the keys to the house are handed over, you can always sign it physically as well if you wish.
