These are listings that, in addition to photos, use the latest image technology, allowing you to virtually visit a property without leaving your own home. You can take a tour of a property and have a look from every angle without even having to get up from the sofa. Therefore, idealista is facilitating access to those listings with the most available information for house hunters, so that users can judge for themselves if a property fits their criteria or not.
These listings have one of three technological options available (several can be combined):
- 3D: the 3D tour is the most advanced multimedia service in the market to virtually show a house. The 3D virtual tour of the property combines high quality photographs and laser measurement to create a totally immersive 3D model. This option has a 99% level of accuracy and makes users feel as if they are physically there visiting the property. Users can take a guided tour, by just pressing the play button, or can also control the visit and jump from one room to another, offering a 24 hour open house experience.
- Virtual Tour: panoramic views of the entire property through points of interest lead to an interactive visit thanks to an integrated navigable map. This gives users the opportunity to one again see all around a property just like a free tour. Each visitor will be able to stop in the room of the house that interests them most.
