We conduct a trading audit for your entire portfolio, for all types of properties, and considering the different offices of your agency. Specifically, we review:
- For each of your offices, which are achieving the best results within your coverage areas (demand, visits, etc.), for each asset type and market.
- The performance of each property and how they compare to the area's metrics (prices, days on market, number of photos, professional videos, etc.)
- The comparison between the different agencies in the area where your offices are located in terms of number of listings, demand (leads), average prices, visits, highlights, videos, etc.
