After competing in junior tournaments — including winning the Roland Garros junior doubles title in 2020 — he transitioned into the professional circuit. Since then, he has achieved important results on the ATP Tour, earned a regular place on the Italian Davis Cup team, which won the 2025 tournament, and reached the final of the 2026 Roland Garros, ultimately won by Alexander Zverev.
