Our house of the week is in an ideal location: the villa is only a ten minute walk away from the famous Piazzetta, but also hidden in its own private park, right in front of the sea. The villa enjoys views of the Marina Piccola and on the other side the Bay of Naples. Here you can have peace and quiet, without being too far from the bustling life of this exciting island.
This perfectly restored villa is divided into three units. On the ground floor you can find a living room, dining room, kitchen and two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a third bedroom with laundry room. The first floor consists of a scenic dining room and a living room that has beautiful views over the garden and the sea, a large kitchen, two bedrooms with walk-in closets and en-suite bathrooms and another guest bathroom. The second floor also features a kitchen which leads directly onto the large living room with access to two large terraces, the first of the terraces overlooking Marina Piccola and the second the Gulf of Naples. The third unit is also completed with three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.
The villa is surrounded by a park that gives the property its calm atmosphere. The park is divided in different areas: a dining area adjoining to the ground floor and another beautiful dining area that is outlined with stone arches and linked to the first floor. This stylish terrace is furnished with sofas and a fully-equipped solarium area with a hot tub. The property also includes another building for staff members and another to be used as a gym.

Milan and Rome in the top 30 luxury residential markets
Prices for luxury residential in the world's largest cities will continue to rise in 2024. This is according to data from the Savills World Cities Prime Residential Index, according to which prime property prices in the 30 cities monitored are expected to grow on average by 0.6 per cent over the next 12 months, down from +2.2 per cent in 2023. Looking at prices, Milan and Rome are ranked 13th and 17th respectively in the top 30 luxury residential markets globally, and 4th and 5th in Europe.
