The Strada Provinciale 14 (SP14), in the area of Montalcino (Siena), is the street with the most expensive houses in Italy, for an average value of 3,690,714 euros according to a study by the real estate portal idealista regarding "luxury adresses" in Italy. In the top 10 most expensive houses there are 3 streets in Milan and 2 in Rome, as well as some of the most exclusive places on the peninsula such as Castiglione della Pescaia, Porto Cervo, Forte dei Marmi and Punta Lada, in Porto Rotondo.

In second place is Roccamare, in the city of Castiglione della Pescaia, Grosseto, with a price of 3,513,636 euros, and the elegant Porto Cervo, the heart of the Emerald Coast, with 2,956,833 euros on average.

Viale Italico in the prestigious "Roma Imperiale" in Forte dei Marmi occupies the fourth position in the most expensive streets in Italy ranking with an average of 2,880,000 euros. From the elegant villas of Versilia to the patrician villas of Appia Antica, in the southeast area of ​​Rome, the distance is short in terms of euros. The most expensive street in the capital is composed of 15 homes whose average cost is 2,862,615 euros, and among them is the house of Carlo Ponti and Sofia Loren, estimated at about 10 million euros. On the other hand, Punta Lada (2,506,846 euros) in Sardinia evokes the most beautiful villas in the Mediterranean, ranking in sixth place.

Throughout the rest of the elite positions is Via del Bollo, a small and refined street in the center of Milan, where the average value of a house is about 2.5 million euros. Followed by Via Governo Vecchio, also in the capital, with 2,272,182 euros. Two streets in Milan, Via della Liberazione (2,187,000 euros), continue to close in the modern Porta Nuova neighborhood, and Via Giacomo Leopardi, which is just over 2 million.

The idealista study is completed with the most exclusive streets, squares and locations in each of the 20 Italian regions.

The analysis shows that the "top" streets, where the average price of housing exceeds one million euros, are 171 from north to south of the Peninsula (they all have at least 10 listings during the survey period). The 3 regions with the largest number of "millionaire addresses" are, in order, Tuscany, Liguria and Lombardy.

Other regions that have luxury streets, where you can exceed one million euros for homes, are Lazio, Sardinia, Veneto Campania, Emilia-Romagna, Piedmont and Umbria. In the rest of the regions there are no streets with at least 10 homes whose average cost exceeds one million euros.

The Italian luxury market by points of interest

Luxury streets lead to the most requested destinations in Italy, including investments in bricks and mortar. Large cities such as Milan, Rome and Florence stand out in the ranking of prestigious streets with 62 addresses above the average value of a million. Among them, in addition to the streets already mentioned, we find Piazza della Repubblica and Via Manzoni in Milan, Via dei Monti Parioli and Via del Corso in Rome, the Poggio Imperiale and Via dei Massoni area in Florence, with its majestic historic villas of more than 1.2 million euros.

The other ultra-luxury streets are scattered in various locations around the province and in areas often associated with tourism in the hills, the sea, the lake and the mountains.

Along the historic streets that wind through the Tuscan vineyards there are numerous properties - mostly characteristic villas or country houses - for more than 1 million euros in the municipalities of Val d'Orcia-Amiata, Gaiole in Chianti, Casole d'Elsa, San Gimignano and Passignano sul Trasimeno (in Umbria).

The most exclusive maritime destinations

Forte dei Marmi has 21 addresses included in a range from more than 2.8 million Viale Italico to about 1.1 million euros of Via Scassicarli. Other places that represent maritime luxury are Castiglione della Pescaia, Capalbio, Argentario (in the Grosseto area), the Chiavari-Lavagna area and Portofino-Santa Margherita Ligure and Costa Smeralda (Sardinia). The most expensive streets in the Italian lakes
